DAY 3 – Friday November the 11th
Morning – Meeting with the driver to reach olive grove
Enjoy a day harvesting the olives with your fellow Italian friends. Nets are spread under the trees and the atmosphere is extremely bucolic and joyful. Traditional lunch is directly at the olive grove. Home-made delicious dishes. You can participate in the harvest as much or as little as you want and if you tired you can always relax under a tree.
Afternoon – Visit an olive mill and taste a freshly made scented pure olive oil.
Transfer back to meeting point
Dinner at leisure
DAY 4 – Saturday November the 12th
Morning – Meeting with the driver to reach the cooking school
Cooking class: Learn all the secrets of traditional wood oven, use it to cook your meal and learn how to make your own home-made pasta.
Lunch with the products of your work
Afternoon –
Transfer back to meeting point. Time at leisure

DAY 5 – Sunday November the 13th
