Villa San Simone has a large garden (1000 sqm.) shaded by century old trees.
The large fenced garden surrounding the Villa is at the complete disposal of the guests and it is equipped with tables and chairs, comfortable armchairs, chaise-longue, barbecue and a table-tennis table.
At a lower level there is a small fenced vegetable and flower garden with lemon and orange trees.
The Villa offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and Pistoia. The large private park of about 60.000 sqm., offers the possibility to stroll along the stream and amongst the olive trees. Villa San Simone is surrounded by olive groves and forests where wildlife such as deer and squirrels live.
The infinity pool is only 50 meters away from the Villa and is set in a magnificent panoramic position overlooking the valley. It catches the sun from dawn until sunset. The pool has an organic and natural shape and the water flows into a small fall.
